Andrew McParland is a former Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. He became the Development Director of Arlington Securities, overseeing four regional development teams developing out of town business space, before setting up Parlison Properties in 1994 and then Arland Property in 2017.

Andrew’s development expertise and leadership extends across all commercial and mixed use sectors and is focused on delivering  complicated development sites primarily out of town.

Key clients have included London Metric PLC and Federated Hermes International as well as British Land PLC, Nuveen and The Crown Estate.

Andrew is now working closely with Toby and Richard on larger development projects.
